We all have it inside of us. Some may have it buried deeper than others but it's still there nonetheless. Buddhahood. The state of being awake and aware. But how may we all begin along this path awareness? One quality that we all have but that often times gets suppressed by society is generosity. You are warmly invited along to listen to a guided meditation on increasing your generosity followed by our Dharma talk on unfolding your inner Buddhahood and generosity.
People are social beings and require the company of others for security, love, and companionship. But not every relationship is a healthy one. Sometimes we may find ourselves suffering due to a relationship we're involved with. How may we tell if a relationship is unhealthy and increasing our suffering? What are some signs of an unhealthy relationship? What is a healthy relationship? You are warmly invited to watch and listen along as I identify some traits of an unhealthy relationship and then, using mindfulness how you may develop a healthy relationship with yourself first and then with a loving partner.

Flowers don't just appear and then bloom. There's an entire journey a seed makes before the first petal even unfolds. Your life is much like the journey a seed under takes. Before a blossom appears there needs to be growth. And much like you this growth occurs in stages. So what are some ways we may open ourselves to appreciating the blossoms in our life after what often is a challenging time of growth? You are warmly invited to listen to an opening guided meditation on gratitude followed by our Dharma talk on how you may use mindfulness to enjoy your new flowers.
We can often be overly critical of ourselves for even such small set-backs. Our self-judgment becomes belittling and negative and not promoting the personal development and growth we need. You are warmly invited to listen to our guided meditation on letting go of self-judgment followed by our Dharma talk on how we can let this self-destructive behavior go.
