the water in the four oceans has only one taste, the taste of salt, just as his teaching has only one taste, the taste of liberation. Therefore the elements of sangha are the taste of life, the taste of liberation, and we have to practice in order to become the salt.

Meditation Teacher Certification

Why Instruct Others?

Humans by nature are compassionate and caring beings, just watch young children on a playground come to the aid of a totally unknow child in pain.

When Siddhartha Gautama embarked on his noble quest over 2,500 years ago to find the cause of suffering in the world he also wanted to learn how to end this suffering.  Many years later he was successful in his search and thus went forth into the world to transmit what is called Dharma.

Our meditation teacher instruction follows what Siddharth Gautama, know known as a Buddha, learned and taught when he first began. We are pleased to continue Buddhas teachings and to share his knowledge as well as our insights into our meditation teacher training instruction so you may help others ease their suffering.

Our meditation teacher instruction is a five - month long program offered in a virtual setting with weekly meetings. Not only do we cover contemporary topics and world issues, mindfulness and meditation, but we truly explore the foundations of mindfulness - Buddhism.

At the end of our meditation teacher training class you will receive a certificate of completion as well as the knowledge and skills, nurtured with compassion and empathy, to help others ease their suffering.

Next class: Autumn 2023

Fee: Free will donation.
