Our Well-being Sangha is a community dedicated to supporting individuals on the path of healing from trauma through the practices of mindfulness, compassion, and embodied presence.
Recognizing the deep impact of trauma on the mind, body, and spirit, we offer a safe and nurturing environment where practitioners can engage in practices designed to foster resilience, self-regulation, and inner restoration.
Through trauma-informed meditation, reflective dialogue, and peer support, we cultivate a space of trust, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
Our sangha is committed to honoring each individual's pace of healing, recognizing that well-being flourishes in a community rooted in safety, empathy, and shared wisdom.
Meetings are held via Google Meet.

Buddhism has many sutras. Some of the more common being The Heart Sutra, The Diamond Sutra, and The Lotus Sutra. Sutras are records of teachings given by the Buddha and are used as guides to end the path of ignorance and suffering and towards ending samsara and achieving liberation.
Each week under the skillful guidance of our Founder, practitioners will read, learn, and discuss how this teaching aids us in developing lovingkindness, wisdom, and achieving liberation.

Wednesday's - 6:00 PM to 6:50 PM CST.
Being a teen in the 21st century has it challenges. From relationships, bullying, self-esteem, depression, sexual identity, and social media to name only a few.
Mindfulness will allow you to develop the necessary social and emotional skills to help you navigate these challenges, and more, helping pave the way for a balanced life.
Utilizing the wisdom and knowledge of the Buddhas teachings, known as Dharma, we will learn and explore mindful ways on how we may apply these lessons to better and enhance our life experience.

To promote meaningful growth and participation, sessions are limited to 12 practitioners. Meetings are via Skype and a meeting link will be provided.

Addiction destroys slowly and steadily. It destroys not only yourself, but families as well. Addiction removes you from the joy and wellbeing you could be experiencing.
