Trauma survivors often live with suffering in ways which others will never know. In this sangha you will have the opportunity to orientate your experience to the present moment to foster a sense of safety while understanding that past events or fears for the future are not happening now.
Utilizing the wisdom and knowledge of the Buddhas teachings, known as Dharma, we will learn and explore mindful ways on how we may apply these lessons to better and enhance our life experience.
Our time together consist of guided mediations, introductions, Dharma talks, and mindful dialog between practitioners.
To promote meaningful growth and participation, sessions are limited to 12 practitioners. Meetings are via Skype and a meeting link will be provided.
Tuesday's - 6:00 PM to 6:50 PM CST.

Buddhism has many sutras. Some of the more common being The Heart Sutra, The Diamond Sutra, and The Lotus Sutra. Sutras are records of teachings given by the Buddha and are used as guides to end the path of ignorance and suffering and towards ending samsara and achieving liberation.
Each week under the skillful guidance of our Founder, practitioners will read, learn, and discuss how this teaching aids us in developing lovingkindness, wisdom, and achieving liberation.

Wednesday's - 3:30 PM to 4:20 PM CST.
Being a teen in the 21st century has it challenges. From relationships, bullying, self-esteem, depression, sexual identity, and social media to name only a few.
Mindfulness will allow you to develop the necessary social and emotional skills to help you navigate these challenges, and more, helping pave the way for a balanced life.

Addiction destroys slowly and steadily. It destroys not only yourself, but families as well. Addiction removes you from the joy and wellbeing you could be experiencing.

Our Welcoming Sangha is one of inclusivity, anyone, for any reason, is warmly invited to sit with us.
Under the guidance of our Founder, here is an opportunity for you to practice mindfulness meditation in a virtual group setting.

We follow what may be called 'gift economics' or 'Dana' where we graciously accept only what is freely given to us and nothing more. This system allows us to reach a greater number of people thereby promoting easier accessibility to the Dharma, the teachings of the Buddha.
All classes, sangha's, retreats, and other services are freely offered and supported by your generous free will donations.
