Our Well-being Sangha is a community dedicated to supporting individuals on the path of healing from trauma through the practices of mindfulness, compassion, and embodied presence. 


Recognizing the deep impact of trauma on the mind, body, and spirit, we offer a safe and nurturing environment where practitioners can engage in practices designed to foster resilience, self-regulation, and inner restoration. 


Through meditation, reflective dialogue, and peer support, we cultivate a space of trust, inclusivity, and mutual respect. 


Our sangha is committed to honoring each individual's pace of healing, recognizing that well-being flourishes in a community rooted in safety, empathy, and shared wisdom.

Join us for an open and welcoming Dharma Study class, where seekers of all backgrounds come together to explore the teachings of the Buddha. Through guided reading of texts and sutras, we dive into core Buddhist principles, including the Four Noble Truths, the Eightfold Path, and the nature of mindfulness and compassion. 


Whether you are new to Buddhism or have been walking the path for years, our study circle offers a warm, inclusive space to ask questions, share insights, and deepen your understanding of the Dharma.


Each session is designed to bridge Buddhas wisdom with the realities of modern daily life, helping people just like you find practical meaning and guidance in the teachings. Our discussions are thoughtful, respectful, and open-hearted. 


Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and discover how the Buddha's teachings can illuminate your path toward greater peace and clarity.

Being a teen in the 21st century has it challenges. From relationships, bullying, self-esteem, depression, sexual identity, and social media to name only a few.  


Mindfulness will allow you to develop the necessary social and emotional skills to help you navigate these challenges, and more, helping pave the way for a balanced life. 


Utilizing the wisdom and knowledge of the Buddhas teachings, known as Dharma, we will learn and explore mindful ways on how we may apply these lessons to better and enhance our life experience.

Mindfulness will allow you to develop the necessary emotional skills to help you navigate these challenges, and more, helping pave the way for a balanced life.

You are warmly invited to sit with other openminded veterans to embrace love, warmth, understanding, and healing.
