Oftentimes the noise becomes overwhelming resulting in despair, uncertainty, anxiety, and disconnect.
Our virtual meditation and mindfulness retreat is a wonderful opportunity to sit with yourself and others, reconnecting to your being, and helping to restore inner balance and calm.
In the comfort of your own home your day will be nurtured with Dharma talks, guided meditations, silent meditations, object meditations, and reflective introspections and sharing. You are warmly invited to sit with us from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM via Skype for our March 24, 2024 meditation and mindfulness retreat.

Being a teen in the 21st century has it challenges. From relationships, bullying, self-esteem, depression, sexual identity, and social media to name only a few.
Utilizing the wisdom and knowledge of the Buddhas teachings, known as Dharma, we will learn and explore mindful ways on how we may apply these lessons to better and enhance our life experience.
Date: July 15 - 19 from 8:30AM - 4:00PM.

Mindful walking is vital to our well-being. Too often we find ourselves rushing from one destination to another without the necessary awareness of the present moment.
Walk with us on these dates from 1 PM - 2PM: May 11, June 8, July 13, August 10, September 14, and October 12.
Location: Pillsbury State Forrest - Walter Stark Assembly Area.
Fee: Free - donations accepted.
This event is suitable for all ages and levels of practice.
This is a wonderful retreat designed for any couple who desires to seek to improve their relationship using mindfulness. Couples will engage with each other and other couples, under the guidance of our Founder in a relaxing, back to nature setting.
Date: August 16th - 18th. Arrival at 7 PM on August 16th and depart at 3:00 PM on August 18th.
Fee: $150.00 / Couple
